Students in Fellowship of Christian Athletes met on February 23 and heard from Mariellen Taylor, Greenville University Cross Country and Track alum. Mariellen challenged the students to grow deeper in their faith and allow God to work in their lives. She encouraged them to trust in God and how He is moving in their lives, instead of leaning on their own understanding and plans in life, but, “God is in control and knows what is best for you, even when it doesn’t line up with what you want to do or think is best.”
Students enjoyed breakfast that was provided by Toledo Christian Church.
The next meeting will be Thursday, March 9th.
