Students in Fellowship of Christian Athletes met on April 11 and heard from Greg Boldt (CHS Baseball Coach, CMS Assistant Baseball Coach and FCA Co-Sponsor). Greg talked to the athletes about the one constant in life change. He discussed the many changes in his life recently because of his newly diagnosed seizure disorder. Greg explained that change is a part of life, but the challenge is how we react to the change. Many changes are unexpected, unfair, or may be caused by our own choices, but we must remember to live our lives in a manner worthy of the gospel. St. Francis Assisi said, “I’d rather see a sermon than hear one any day.”

Students enjoyed breakfast that was provided by an anonymous donor.

At our next meeting on Thursday, April 25, we will FaceTime with John Chae, director of the Korea Christian Gospel Mission.
