We would like to welcome Mrs. Shona Steber to Cumberland! Mrs. Steber will teach Earth Science, Physical Science, and Biology at Cumberland High School. Mrs. Steber moved here to be with her husband. She was born and raised in Gloucester, England, and now lives in Mattoon. She taught for over five years in a senior school (combined middle and high school ages) in England. Shona enjoys reading and joined a local library book club. She and her husband are both avid gamers. She is excited to teach in a US high school and to see the differences between the US and the UK. She is looking forward to being part of the Cumberland community and joining the events, including her first prom!
