Baccalaureate for the graduating class of 2025 will be held at the Toledo Christian Church on Friday, May 16, starting at 5:00 PM.
Yesterday, the high school held its Academic Awards Ceremony. Congratulations, students, on your hard work and dedication this school year!










The high school track awards will be on Tuesday, May 27, at 6:00 PM in the high school cafeteria.
State Qualifier! Hannah Shoemaker will represent Cumberland High School in the 100 M and 300 M hurdles at the IHSA girls state track meet at EIU on May 22. Congratulations, Hannah!

Today, our Senior Class of 2025 passed the torch to the Kindergarten Class of 2037. As the seniors end their time here at Cumberland, they took a moment to look back on where their journey began. They gave each kindergarten student a Class of 2037 pin to wear, marking the first chapter in their educational adventure.







Students in the textiles class are finishing up their PJ pants. This was an ongoing project that required patience and skill. They've turned out great!

Mrs. Lee’s basic algebra class was reviewing percents in a fun way while playing Jenga. Can you see the excitement and fear as the tower fell?

Softball Updates:
* The softball game vs. Okaw Valley will be played on Monday, May 12. It is still a 4:30 PM start time in Toledo.
* The softball game at WSS next Tuesday, 5/13, has been moved to a 4:00 PM start. It will be played at Stew Stras High School.
Due to umpire availability, the baseball game vs. Tri-County on May 15 has been moved to a 4:00 PM start. This will also move up the senior day events, now starting at 3:45 PM.
The softball game today (5/7) at Cumberland has been moved to Sullivan because of wet field conditions. The game will begin at 4:30.
