Students from Foods II classes visited the Firefly Grill in Effingham for lunch and a tour of the restaurant.

The CHS Art Club participated in the Love for the Arts Workshops at EIU's Doudna Fine Arts Center on Friday, April 22nd. Eight area schools attended to participate in various art workshops throughout the day. An art show/competition was held and Cumberland placed 3rd as a school. The following students placed individually in the show:
